Tracy is a Bachelor-trained kindergarten teacher who has worked at Central Park for two years.
What has been your career experience?
“I’ve worked in the industry for 23 years. I’ve been a sessional kindergarten teacher, kindergarten teacher in a long daycare setting, manager of an early learning centre, educational leader and trainer/ assessor of tertiary early childhood courses.”
Why did you choose to work in education?
“I have had a passion to care, educate and protect young children for as long as I can remember. They are our future but really vulnerable so I strive to do all I can to ensure they have the best start to their education.”
Why do you love working at Central Park?
“It’s like a big family! I feel truly blessed to be part of such a close setting and I love the multi-age group as I believe this is the most natural and effective way children learn and grow into happy, successful and well-rounded members of society.”
