The Educators set up a new play area for the children, designed to operate like an airport. Using our creativity and imagination, we have a check-in desk, a security scanner and an aeroplane for children to sit in.

As an extension of the children’s recent interest in Arctic animals, and because it has been so cold recently, Marlene thought the children would like to make some penguins.
As an extension of our growing interest in insects (as we have recently had many ladybugs come to our playground for a visit), I thought the children would enjoy making some ladybugs of their own.
