Meet our Educators

Central Park has a proud history of staff longevity; many of our Educators have worked at the centre for many years. We are actively sought after as a centre students wish to complete work experience in as part of their formal training. All of our staff undertake regular training and development; our Lead Educator and Centre Director work directly with the Committee of Management to ensure the program they create meets our families’ needs.

Intisar - Educator
Intisar has a Diploma in early childhood education and has worked at the centre since 2015.
Jamie - Educator
Jamie has a Diploma in early childhood education and has worked at Central Park since 2008.
Marlene - Director and Educator
Marlene is Central Park's Director. She is a Diploma-trained primary teacher who has worked at Central Park for more than 20 years. She originally worked as a primary school teacher before moving into early education in 1990 and has been at Central Park Child Care since then.
Monica - Educator
Monica has a Diploma in early childhood education and has worked at Central Park for since 2018. She is currently on parental leave and hopes to rejoin in the new year.
Prue - Educator
Prue has an Associate Diploma in early childhood education and has worked in the sector for 40 years. She’s been an educator at Central Park since 2003.
Tracey - Lead Educator
Tracy is Central Park's Lead Educator and is a Bachelor-trained kindergarten teacher. She’s worked at Central Park since 2017 and in the education sector for 23 years.
Stella - Educator
Stella has recently joined the team at CPCCC in September 2023 as a diploma trained educator. Welcome aboard Stella!
Zoe - Educator
Zoe has just joined the team at CPCCC in October 2023 as a Diploma trained educator. Welcome aboard Zoe!
Jessica - Educator
