Monica is a diploma-qualified early childhood educator who started her career here at Central Park two years ago.
Why did you choose to work as an educator?
Because I love children and feel satisfaction in seeing them grow and develop – it makes me happy.
Why do you love working at Central Park?
It’s different to other centres because all of the children are in one group. Having them together means I get to know them all and for longer – they’re not just with me for one year before moving into a new group/ room.
