Central Park has a strong history of staff longevity; many of our team members have been with the centre for more than 10 years. Each qualified early childhood educator and carer is dedicated to meeting the needs of our children by creating a safe and emotionally-caring environment. As a team, we are well-educated about and advocates of our multi-age environment – we feel there is no greater reward than, as a ‘family’, seeing our children grow from an early age through all stages of development to become unique individuals who know and care for each other.
“Having been part of Central Park for over 25 years, I still feel privileged to be involved in such a warm, family-oriented centre, where the children are nurtured, educated and respected. It is a delight to watch them grow over the years into happy, confident little people with a strong sense of identity and belonging, and to feel that we have played a big part in that.” Marlene, Central Park Centre Director.
Our families and community
“I could not be happier with the care given to my two children who have attended Central Park for the past three years. The staff are attentive, always greet me at the door with a smile and engage with the children from the moment we walk in. My children have always loved the activities from play dough to painting and craft, to the outdoors with so much to do! I feel the care is the best I have had. I will be sad when my last little one finishes up there. I could not recommend Central Park enough!” Narelle, parent.
“Central Park has become a home away from home for my daughter who joined two years ago. I have been consistently impressed with the care and attention she receives, her development, and the close friends she’s made with children of all ages. I appreciate that the staff take the time to update me on her progress and that they are always available to give advice and share their ideas. I couldn’t be happier with the care provided by Central Park.” Kathryn, parent.
